Luciano Baetz

Luciano Baetz is the CEO of Jaca Voyage – Luxury Travel, a local destination management company (DMC) and inbound tour operator in São Tomé and Príncipe, and the founder of Vamos Fugir, a travel agency in Portugal. He lives and works in São Tomé and Príncipe and designs the tours, activities and most exclusive experiences on trips to both islands: cocoa and coffee plantations (roças), the southern beaches, Rolas Islet and Príncipe Island. He has worked in tourism in Portugal for more than 30 years and in Africa for more than 15, and has inspired hundreds of travel professionals in the art of organising group tours. He is the author of the book “O Turismo é a Arte de Vender Felicidade” (Tourism Is the Art of Selling Happiness).
