• Travellers will receive all the essential information about the package before signing the contract.
• There is always at least one operator responsible for the correct execution of all the travel services included in the contract.

• If, after the start of the package, it is not possible to provide significant elements of the package, suitable alternatives must be offered to the traveller at no extra cost. The traveller may terminate the package contract without paying a termination fee if the services are not performed in accordance with the contract and this failure to comply considerably affects the performance of the package and the organiser has not remedied this failure.
• Travellers are also entitled to a price reduction and/or compensation for damages in the event of non-performance or poor performance of travel services.
• The organiser must provide assistance if a traveller is in difficulty.
• If the organiser or retailer is declared insolvent, payments will be refunded. If the organiser or retailer is declared insolvent after the start of the package and if transport is included in the package, the repatriation of travellers is guaranteed.
